The personal data is saved on the secured servers of our webhost and third parties which are needed in order to provide this service, such as shipping companies. We will not combine this information with other personal data that we may have.
When you send us an email or other message it is possible that we save these messages. We may ask you for personal information pertinent to the situation in question. This allows us to process and answer your requests. The data is stored on the secure servers of our IT provider. We will not combine this information with other personal data that we may have.

Personal or order information is not shared with third parties with the exception of parties necessary to provide our services, such as shipping companies and payment providers.
Visitor information is not shared with third parties with the exception of the web services we use for our webshop. This includes Google Analytics. This information will only be used for the purpose of the application in question and will not be shared with other parties.
In certain situations the information can be shared internally. Our employees are required to treat your information confidentially.
Cookies are also placed by the third party "Google" which we have a processing agreement with for their Analytics service.
We made sure that the data that Google receives from our website is anonymized by applying the following setting in the Google script: ga('set', 'anonymizeIp', true).
Next to that we configured our Google Analytics account to prevent data transfer to other Google services.
We use this service to keep track of and receive reports about how users navigate the website. In this way we can improve our website and service in the interest of our customers.
The cookies and subsequent information generated by Google Analytics concerning the use of the website is stored on the secured servers of the third party "Google".
Options concerning your personal information
We offer all visitors the possibility to review, change, or remove any and all information that has been shared with us. The removal of the address-related information linked to your order history can only be deleted after the minimal period stated by Dutch fiscal law (currently 7 years).
Modifying/unsubsribing newsletter service
At the bottom of every email you will find the option to modify your information and to unsubscribe from the mailing list.
